Up to 280 lbs per passenger, passengers weighing over 280 lbs are subject to Comfort Seat charge ($50 additional fee to regular tour cost, per passenger).
Maximum weight, per group, in total is 750 lbs.

For inside US tours, there is no need of visa, but all passengers must have a government-issued form of identification for any type of tour. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Passengers have up to 48 hours prior to their tour departure time to rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability. Any rescheduling request within 48 hours of the scheduled tour, will have a $50 rescheduling fee per passenger.

Yes, we offer car pick up upon request at an additional cost, quoted by location.

Cancellations requests and no-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
