BOOK/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

FLIGHT POLICIES & PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS

By making a reservation with Keen Fly, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservation Requirements
– All passengers must complete the required Liability Waiver before their flight. Reservations made within 48 hours of departure require the waiver to be completed immediately.
– If the booking is paid with someone else’s credit card, the cardholder must complete the required Credit Card Authorization Form and present the matching credit card and government-issued photo ID at check-in. Reservations may be canceled if required documents are not received on time.

2. Check-In
– Passengers must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled departure.
– A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every passenger 18 and older.
– Credit card on file is required and must match photo ID.
– FAA regulations require all passengers to be weighed at check-in. Please provide accurate weight information during booking.
– Passengers arriving after their scheduled departure time may be considered a No-Show and will forfeit the reservation without refund.

3. Passenger Requirements
– Minimum passenger age is 2 years. Children ages 2–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
– A minimum purchase of two seats is required for all tours. (If you are only one passenger, please contact us for possible flight arrangement).
– Passengers weighing more than 280 lbs and up to 300 lbs are required to purchase a mandatory Comfort Seat for an additional $50.
– The maximum combined passenger weight for an exclusive/private flight is 750 lbs.

4. Safety
– No bags, hats, loose headwear, vapes, or unsecured accessories are permitted onboard.
– Empty pockets are required before boarding. Only your government-issued ID, credit card, and cell phone may be carried onboard.
– Cell phones must remain secured using the provided lanyard and may not be extended outside the aircraft, when flying “doors off”.
– Seatbelts and any required safety equipment must remain properly fastened throughout the flight.
– Passengers must follow all instructions provided by the Pilot in Command at all times.
– Keen Fly may refuse boarding to any passenger who appears intoxicated, impaired, or whose conduct creates a safety concern. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Weather & Operational Changes
– All flights are subject to weather conditions, FAA regulations, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), air traffic control, aircraft maintenance, mandatory inspections, and other operational considerations.

Keen Fly reserves the right to delay, modify, substitute aircraft, reschedule, or cancel any flight when necessary for safety or operational reasons. If a flight is canceled due to weather or operational safety, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule based on availability.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight and all No-Shows are non-refundable.
– Reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before departure without penalty, subject to availability.
– Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of departure are subject to a $125 rescheduling fee per passenger.
– Reservations may be rescheduled within the validity period of the booking, subject to current Company policies and availability.

7. Pricing & Availability
All published flight durations are approximate.

Keen Fly reserves the right to correct pricing errors, modify availability, or cancel reservations resulting from typographical, technical, or system errors.

8. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings brought onboard. Keen Fly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property unless required by applicable law. Hazardous materials prohibited by FAA regulations may not be brought aboard the aircraft.

9. Assumption of Risk
Helicopter activities involve inherent risks. By participating, passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with helicopter operations and agree to comply with all safety instructions and procedures. The signed Liability Waiver forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Make your tour PRIVATE, minimum 2 passengers/seats required per booking. $100 fee additional to tour cost.
  • Maximum weight, per group, in total is 750 lbs.
  • Weight restrictions apply.

GENERAL PASSENGERS

  • 2 years min., guests 2-15 years must be seated with an adult.
  • 2 passengers/seats are required per booking.
  • Any passengers weighing over 280 lbs, up to 300 lbs, will require a Comfort Seat for aircraft balancing purposes.
  • $50 additional fee to regular tour cost, per passenger.

FAA regulations require us to weigh all guests at check-in. We do this discreetly for your privacy. Please be as accurate as possible when providing weight information. FAA requires each passenger to present a government issued photo identification card in order to board an aircraft, such as a driver’s license or passport.

ALL FLIGHT TIMES LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE APPROXIMATE. OUR OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION DUE TO LACK OF PASSENGER DEMAND, WEATHER, ETC.

Keen Fly is not responsible for changes in currency valuation. Keen Fly is acting as an agent for suppliers of various travel services. Keen Fly attempts to represent only suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Keen Fly cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, Keen Fly shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws including but not limited to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers.

Keen Fly shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Keen Fly’s control.

Keen Fly will operate any helicopter and/or airplane flight(s) you have booked. Keen Fly is FAA certified tour operator.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Keen Fly reserves the right to change any and all details of the tour itinerary as needed. The travelers’ booking of reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Federal law prohibits hazardous materials from being transported on aircraft. Items such as explosives, ammunition, compressed gases, aerosols, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers organic peroxides, toxic and infectious materials, radioactive materials, corrosives, poisons, wet and lithium batteries, e-cigarettes, dry-ice and many other articles are considered hazardous.
